Teaching and lesson style
My teaching style is primarily centred on class engagement. I adapt my teaching methods to cater for everyone and make the material as interesting as practicable.
I like to use exercises, voicing, demonstrations, PowerPoint slides, audio and videos to capture my lesson points. I believe this is something which increases students interest significantly.
I am approachable and flexible enough to cater for a diverse range of learning methods, needs and requirements.
Me as a teacher
I am a positive person who has an enthusiastic outlook on life. I love my job and I get a great sense of purpose and achievement from seeing my students develop and grow as individuals.
I have had a positive impact on my students. I am an effective writing and verbal communicator. I have a strong ability to plan and organise effectively; something which is crucial to the role of a competent teacher.
I have always felt that pressures are key to progress and are surmountable. On this note, I have taught myself how to cope under duress and deliver consistent results. I have a clear understanding of the bigger picture, because of this, I always implement effective behaviour management processes in my virtual classes. Additionally, I pummel myself to continually develop both personally and professionally.
